Positive Mentorship
Students need consistent examples of discipline, accountability, faith, and care from adults who are willing to show up.
Built in Virginia's 757 area
Guidance, college exposure, and positive mentorship for inner-city youth preparing for the journey ahead.
Operation Cocoon exists to surround young people with positive adults, meaningful travel, campus access, and practical guidance. The work starts with exposure: getting students into rooms, onto campuses, and around people who can help them picture a larger future.
The first public proof point is complete: an all-expense-paid Northern Minnesota College Tour held July 26-30, 2026 for student athletes.
How The Work Takes Shape
Students need consistent examples of discipline, accountability, faith, and care from adults who are willing to show up.
Campus visits help young people understand admissions, student life, academic support, and the expectations of college environments.
Student athletes get a closer look at how coaches, classrooms, and preparation fit together beyond game day.
The goal is not just a trip. It is confidence, exposure, and a clearer plan for the next step.
First Event Completed
Operation Cocoon's first tour took 757-area student athletes to northern Minnesota for five days and four nights of campus visits, coach conversations, academic exposure, and shared experiences.

What Support Makes Possible
Help Build The Next Experience
Positive adults can help students process what they see, ask better questions, and stay connected to their goals.
Schools, coaches, churches, and local leaders can help identify students and create future exposure opportunities.
Support can help cover transportation, meals, lodging, campus experiences, materials, and future youth programs.
Public contact and donation details should be added after the organization confirms the official intake process.
